Shipping policy
Delivery time:
- Order processing: 2–5 business days
- Shipping time: Standard shipping 2–5 business days
- The delivery time begins once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping costs:
- Standard shipping: €5.90 (free shipping on orders over €50.00)
- Small items: €4.00 (free shipping on orders over €50.00)
- Bulky goods surcharge: A surcharge of €24.99 applies to bulky items.
Shipment tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
Delivery area:
Our online shop is currently only available for deliveries within Germany. Orders with a delivery address outside Germany cannot be completed through the regular checkout.
If you would like to place an order from abroad, please feel free to contact us. We will check the available shipping options and can arrange a manual order for you if required.
Returns:
If you would like to return an item, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Further information can be found in our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
