Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • For the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.

  • For the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be rapidly exceeded.

  • For the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.

  • For the delivery of goods which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature.

  • For the delivery of alcoholic beverages, where the price was agreed upon at the time of the contract but the goods cannot be delivered before 30 days, and their value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the seller has no control.

  • For the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal was removed after delivery.

  • For the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.

  • For the delivery of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the seller has no control and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
